1. General
This personal data processing policy is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Act of 27 July 2006. 3.2. The operator must:

4.2. Personal data subjects are required to:

7. Conditions for processing personal data

8.5. All information collected by outside services, including payment systems, communications and other service providers, shall be stored and processed by the designated persons (operators) in accordance with their user agreement and the Confidentiality Policy. 10.2. The operator must obtain relevant information from the authorities of the foreign State, foreign natural persons and foreign legal persons to whom the cross-border transmission of personal data is planned before submitting the above notification.
11. Confidentiality of personal data
The operator and other persons who have access to personal data are obliged not to disclose to third parties or to disseminate personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
